PROblem statement
Design Process
Kovi Co Ltd understands the issue that is happening in Singapore with the cost of fresh ingredients from Korea. As korean wave is still on a run, the demand for Korean foods are high in Singapore. Therefore, Kovi Co Ltd is expanding into supplying fresh Korean vegetables into Singapore.
User Perspective
How do we educate Singaporeans with regards to the importance of fresh vegetables from Korea? A great story about the brand should be emphasised in the platform.
 
Technical Perspective
A platform with lesser products should identify the technical perspective form the user. Having an express checkout, more products at the bottom of the section on every product page should be made available.

Design Perspective
By developing a brand identity and style guide, the E-Commerce platform should incorporate the brand guidelines in terms of themes, fonts and colours.

Customer reliability is having a background story of what is the brand is about. It also helps consumer to be educated and understand where the supplies come from.
Is the problem solved?
Kovi Co Ltd understands the issue of the expensive price that Singaporeans suffer to acquire fresh ingredients and vegetables from Korea.

Did I Solve it?
As Kovi Co Ltd finds the brand identity and the E-Commerce wireframe to be plausible, and much as the E-Commerce site is designed to be simple, it boils down into the marketing strategy that the company has to make in order to create brand awareness and acknowledgement. 
reflection
Working on digital platforms, not only in E-commerce - websites in general, the main idea is to understand the company's direction and what their mission and vision are about. We have to refer back to all the client's past documentation and understand how the company runs. Design is not only about following guidelines, but to be part of the company and acknowledge their issues so we are able to rectify them.
