PROblem statement
An B2B application development project catering to corporates with huge amount of employees. These corporates such as construction, industrial, oil or gasses, or corporates with multiple offices. The goal is to allow their employees have the flexibility of choosing their own lunch via the platform itself, and will deliver in bulk based on the location. DD Lunch will also need to cater to massive amount of workers such as construction workers, with an alternative method of ordering which only 1 representative will order in bulk on behalf of all of the workers.
Design Process
User Perspective
Understand who is DD Lunch's current consumers as this project is catering to bulk orders.

Technical Perspective
Needed to undergo logistics training to understand how bulk orders are currently being services with one delivery.

Design Perspective
Bulk purchases is different than individual purchase. Therefore, 2 interfaces have to be similar, yet different functions to cater individual (single order) or corporate (bulk orders)

Is the problem solved?
Did I Solve it?
Trial run of the application caters to a construction company of about 500 workers. Although, the trial only open to corporate ordering (bulk), which means only one representative (Mostly the accounts) handled the bulk ordering, the ordering system ran smoothly.
reflection
This was the most comprehensive platform that has ever been produced. A front-end user interface is being divided into two types of user, individual and corporate. This would mean there is a need to have 2 applications. Adding on, there is a need to have a courier application for the in-house logistics to handle delivery. Lastly, the admin panel exist to manage orders, handle weekly menu, customers and employees.
